TMC Electronics Spare Parts Warranty

TMC Electronics provides warranty support from 3 months up to 1 year on eligible spare parts supplied and installed during our home appliance repair service. The exact warranty period depends on the spare part, appliance model, supplier terms and repair requirements. Warranty coverage applies to the replacement spare part when it develops a covered defect or functional issue during the applicable warranty period under normal usage conditions. Customers are advised to keep their service invoice or job details for warranty verification. The warranty does not cover damage caused by voltage fluctuations, electrical surges, water or moisture, physical or accidental damage, misuse, improper operation, unauthorized repair, tampering or normal wear and tear. If the appliance is repaired, modified or opened by another technician after our service, the spare-part warranty may become invalid. Labour charges, visiting charges or additional parts are not automatically included unless specifically mentioned at the time of service. If a covered spare part develops a problem during the warranty period, customers can contact TMC Electronics for inspection and warranty assistance. After inspection, the eligible warranty solution will be provided according to the applicable terms.
